# How to Change Time Format

## Option 1 : Change from Willow Setting App

Tap at the time format option in the Willow setting app, then it will display a dialog for you to choose between 24h format(military time) or 12h format

## Option 2 : Change from Watch Setting App

Hold down at the watch face screen and tap at the setting icon below, scroll down to the "Time format" option. Tap to toggle between 12h format and 24h format
