# How to delete image

To delete a photo from the Willow Watch Face gallery, please follow these steps:

1. Open the Willow Watch Face app on your phone.
2. Navigate to the gallery section, where your photos are displayed.
3. Find the photo you wish to delete.
4. Tap and hold on the photo. A preview dialog will appear.
5. In the dialog, you should see an option to "Delete". Tap on it.

Please note that deleting a photo from the Willow gallery will only remove it from the app. The original image that you added from your phone's gallery will not be affected or deleted.

To change date format, you can customize the arrangement into any form you prefer.

The third part is available of format option. It will show what is the available option that you can add into date format structure.&#x20;

* **The grey option mean** :  You can't add this option to the date format structure. For example, the doesn't make sense to add another year's option after you already added one.
* **Orange option mean** : This is the recommended option for you to add into the date format structure.

Tap **"X"** and the end to remove that option from structure.

Tap **"SAVE"** to set it on your watch face.


# How to delete an image

If you accidentally delete an image, you will have a few second to undo this action before it will be actually remove

Don't worry, your originally image still safe under your phone gallery. You still able to re-add into willow gallery again if you want to.

We believe that everyone has a unique personality. That's why we also provide a font gallery for you to choose from.

You can find our font gallery by taping at the "***font style"*** option. Scroll right to the end of the list and you will see the add font button which will lead you to online font gallery.

Just tab into font gallery and select any font that you like and it will add into your willow font gallery.

Bear in mind that each font has its default size. If the selected font is too big. You can adjust the font size to fit your screen.


# How to set watch face background/font (for iPhone user)

For any user who pair WearOS watch with iPhone. We also provide another option for you to change the watch face background.

# Auto Image Changing

Auto Image Changing feature allow the Willow watch face to auto change background image on your watch.&#x20;

To enable this feature, open the Willow setting app and enable **"Auto Image Cycle"**

After enable this feature, the Willow watch face will randomly change image every 1 hour while you wearing the watch.&#x20;

Bear in mind that some of the Wear OS watch will auto disconnect the watch from the phone if you are not wearing it or leave it unintended. If your watch disconnect from the phone. It will not change the image.


# How to add font that not available on Online gallery

Sometime, you would like to use your own font or any font that not available on our online font gallery.  How to do that?

First, make sure that the font you have are supported, Willow watch face only allow  .TTF and .OTF font format.

TTF and OTF are the standard font format that widely use anywhere.&#x20;

All you have to do is copy and paste that font file into&#x20;

* ***"your\_phone\_internal\_storage/willow/font"***  for Willow Photo watch face
* ***"your\_phone\_internal\_storage/willowMotion/font"***  for Willow Motion watch face

After that, you font will appear on the font gallery in the willow setting app. yay!&#x20;

### What's Happening?

After updating Willow Watch Face to version 4.0, you may notice the watch face is no longer in your selection list, or you might find that it displays only time with a black background.

This is because we've made a major update that migrates the watch face from the legacy watch face engine to the modern engine to ensure full compatibility with Wear OS 5.&#x20;

Due to this significant change, your system detects our watch face as an entirely different application from the previous version, causing it to be removed from your favorites list. Don't worry though - the watch face is still installed on your device and can be easily restored to your selection list.

### How to Restore Your Watch Face

Follow these simple steps to get Willow Watch Face back:

1. Let's try to temporarily select another watch face first. You can pick any watch face.
2. Then tap and hold the watch face to enter the watch face selection screen.
3. On your watch face selection screen, scroll to the right end until you see the plus (+) sign<br>

5. **Turn OFF "Send GIF As Is"**.

* **Higher FPS**: Smoother animation, but a larger file size.
