After updating your Samsung Galaxy Watch Series to OneUI 5.0, you may encounter an issue where the Willow Watch face does not display complications, even though they are configured in the settings. This issue repeats every time you restart the watch.
To resolve this issue and restore the display of complications on the Willow Watch face, follow these steps:
Enable and set up the complications as you normally would in your watch's settings.
After configuring the complications, switch to a different watch face briefly.
Now, switch back to the Willow Watch Face.
Your Willow Watch Face should now display complications as expected. This workaround forces the watch face to reload, resolving the issue caused by the OneUI 5.0 update.
If the problem persists, consider checking for software updates for both your watch and the Willow Watch Face app, as future updates may include permanent fixes for this issue.
